asterisk-moh-opsound-gsm software package provides asterisk extra sound files - English/gsm, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install asterisk-moh-opsound-gsm
asterisk-moh-opsound-gsm is installed in your system.
